Turns out that mom was right when she told you to eat your veggies. Researchers in California discovered that after only three months, men who changed their diet to add more fruits and veggies as well as daily exercise and stress management techniques (including meditation) had changes in the genetic structure… almost 500 different genes, as a matter of fact… some disease preventing genes had turned on and disease causing genes, including those in prostrate and breast cancer, had turned off.
