ele-Approved Event: Boulder Feldenkrais Conference

Via on Jun 27, 2008

What is Feldenkrais, you ask? Imagine massage, yoga and tai chi all rolled into one, developed especially for those with arthritis, sports injuries or central nervous system disorders like Cerebral Palsy. The idea is that by paying close attention how we move—and how our movement affects our well-being, we can bring ourselves back to health. The Feldekrais Conference comes to our hometown of Boulder, Colorado this July 24-August 1, with a keynote speech by Joan Borysenko and a week of workshops and special events.
