Enzymes found in these live-food bars help the digestion process by breaking up food particles and providing energy. I’m amazed at how delicious they are—it’s like eating dessert that replenishes and gives new life to the body. I loved snacking on these light, yet somehow filling treats fter yoga or dance classes when it was too late to eat a proper meal.
