So buy ZEN MIND, BEGINNER’S MIND or MEDITATION IN ACTION or WISDOM OF NO ESCAPE (my introductory fave, by Pema Chödron) and get yourself on a cushion. We recommend Samadhi, the first and old-school favorite made at Karme Chöling in Vermont, or Dharma Crafts, eco lovely quality made by good people in Massachusetts.
