ele:REVIEW – Infinitea Kombucha

Health Elixer > via Waylon Lewis

Everyone’s favorite health drink of the year, Kombucha can be made at home (you can order your own live culture from Infinitea’s web site). It tastes sour, in a good way-like sparkly apple cider or even vinegar-and it’s loaded with antioxidants and other good-for-yous. Some folks say don’t drink too much at a time-it is intense, and not necessarily meant to be downed a la Coca Cola-but the list of miracles attributed to this ancient brew includes the curing of every malaise known to man, including being an overworked jerk (my hippie doctor prescribed one daily).
