Review: The Unfolding Now
By Todd Mayville on Jul 27, 2008 inin blog, non-new agey spirituality, reviews |
The Unfolding Now, by A.H. Almaas is a book to help the reader get more in touch with themselves through simply learning to pay attention, a skill much easier done than said. More than just a “this is how you do it” book, each chapter ends with an “exploration session” designed to help move you towards the goal of being more in the moment and thus helping you be more who you really are. Unlike many books that have a personal “Q & A” session at the end of the book or chapters, the ones in this book are actually worth doing. Regardless of your spirituality or level of mindfulness, this book is worth picking up.
