What’s your weakest asana? Savasana…I’ve never fallen asleep.
Strongest asana? Samastitihi.
How long have you practiced yoga? 15+ years.
Why yoga? I guess it’s so people can stand to be around me. (Laughs)
What do you focus on in your classes? The internal aspects of the energy body.
What is your training background? Extensive studies with Richard Freeman, plenty of Iyengar background, and I’ve also studied with Pattabhi Jois and Chuck Miller.
Yogi Diet? Vegetarian with fish. I love chocolate and some saki. That’s not a true yogi diet, but you do what works.
Nude Yoga? I’ve tried it in my personal practice, but it seems distracting. There’s got to be something.
Any religious affiliation? Well technically I’m Buddhist.
What else are you into? Rock climbing and hiking.
