This is one of the better beginning yoga videos out there. It contains enough instruction for someone just getting into yoga to be able to follow along with the poses and vinyasa while at the same time giving challenging options for those who are a bit farther along the path. The dvd contains two workouts, a Solar practice to build strength, endurance,and flexibility, and a Lunar practice that has slower and deeper stretches; a nice plus for those who might want to vary their workout a bit but don’t want to buy two separate dvds. This is one of the first dvds I’ve seen that also contains alternate language tracks, one in Spanish and even one in “Spanglish.” Available from Acacia.
