PlayBack Clothing catalog features elephant journal editor Waylon Lewis, staff, friends, ex-girlfriends.
A few months back, our friends/colleagues at Mighty Karma came by our green-lite downtown Boulder Victorian ex-offices and did a photoshoot of our staff and friends (some of whom just happ’d by) of Playback Clothing—a brand-spankin’ new ecofashion company initially known as PurePlay. Their duds are hip, comfy, made of recycled yarn (!) and, I’m happy to say, fit people who aren’t (yet) fat (meaning the arms are long enough).
I’ve been meaning to post some photos from the catalog forever, but my laziness proved even more powerful than my vaunted vanity.
Click on any of these photos for a bigger, better view of magazines, bikes, bikes with magazines, ex-elephant editor Heather Mueller, Puja, or Mathew of econsciousmarket.com (check out the hot new redesign!)
Incorrect source, offensive, or found a typo? Or do you want to write for Elephant?

well, first we have to find models this hot for our new line, then put the pictures up on our ecommerce site which will be ready by MAY! I know, its a long time to wait. Until then keep your eyes peeled at music festivals and tours–we may be hiding under cool band artwork.
Just bought some clothing from playback clothing. This stuff is awesome. The founder Adam Siskind is a genius.
Hey,
I wanted to say that I have been reading for a a couple of months on and off and I would like to sign up for the daily feed. I am not to computer smart so I’ll give it a try but I will need some help. This is a great find and I would hate to lose contact, and maybe never find it again.
Anyway, thanks again and I look forward to reading again sometime!
