Jon Kabat-Zinn was the first American Buddhist teacher to push Buddhism into the scientific and educations spheres…to strip it of esoteric yin-yang and offer the essential core of the Buddhist path’s wisdom and training: mindfulness.

  1. Hello, I recently broke my brand spanking new laptop and I need to have it fixed in a timely manner. I’m a new comers to the Phoenix area and found this provider nearby.
