Review: Yoga for Morning, Noon, & Night with Jason Crandell


Jason Crandell’s teaching style makes his videos approachable for home practitioners of any level, though this particular video is intended for beginning and intermediate students.  As the title suggests, this particular video is designed to be used for any time of day, with each session having a particular outcome intended for anyone doing it, and this video lives up to its promises.  The night session (my favorite) is especially good for those times you might have trouble sleeping… put in the dvd and 20 minutes later, you’ll be ready to head off to the Land of Nod.  From Yoga Journal.  (Tell them you saw it on Elephant Journal!)
