Every Cafe should have one.

As seen at The Cup in Boulder, Colorado. The other way to go is, like the Trident Cafe & Booksellers, simply discourage any and all from talking on the cell phone while in the cafe. Still, unlike the above photo, that don’t always work so well come wintertime.
