If you take care of your body a little bit each day, you’ll feel better in body and mind. You’ll be happy, have more of an appetite, and a joie de vivre. Just ask my grandma, who’s been taking Seniors Yoga classes for years, off and on, and seems to have more enthusiasm and energy for life than I do!
