Cheapest Organic Lunch in Boulder, Colorado.

Via on Sep 9, 2009

What’s affordable, that’s “green” in Boulder, for lunch? Say below 10 bucks, including tip tax?

As seen at the Laughing Goat, a favorite cafe of mine that’s been a longtime supporter of elephant. Them Calzones are good. Problem: you gotta microwave ’em, which nukes out half the good nutrients—or eat ’em cold (which I do), which ain’t half as yum.
