    Love the streaking longboard in the second vid. Parkour = street gymnastics.

    I think parkour is an amazing form of thought and it is incredible what we can do with our bodies. However, I can't really practice it because I don't have health insurance.

    When did (somebody) decide to change the spelling from parcourse to parkour? Is this an attempt at trying to hipsterize something that's been around for 40 years (or more)? Other than that, cool. At my age and weight I wonder if just trying to get up and down the stairs in my house equates.
