yoga rap video "sarah starnes" anusara

Om Shanti Whoot?

One of the talented creators of the below video, Sarah Starnes, gave me a heads up on this (Anusara) Yoga Rap last week.

Rappin’ about Yoga? Shoulda made the book:

Here’s our new Yoga Rap Video inspired by Anusara!  Check it out! :)

Nothin’ But A Sri Thang is a parody of Dr. Dre’s “Nothin’ But A ‘G’ Thang.” This is a Yoga Rap… enjoy it. :)

Music by Dr. Dre. Lyrics by Sarah Starnes, Stephanie Starnes & Frank Naugo.

What our Philosophy Teacher Douglas Brooks had to say…
“…beautiful, sweet, savvy, fun, delicious, real, and i can pretty much guarantee you that there’s nothing quite like this in patanjali or abhinavagupta…nicely done! sadhu! sadhu! sadhu!”

What John Friend had to say…
Nothin’ But A Shri Thang = wonderful Yoga Rap video – parody of one of Dr. Dre’s songs. Great job, Sarah et al.”

Relephant:

Yoga Pants Anthem. {NSFW}

    Thanx for pretty much instilling the fact that douchery is universal. Almost like watching American Idol wearing tye-dye pants.
