Guns in National Parks: America’s Latest Great Idea? An Excellent WTF Video.

Via on Feb 25, 2010

As of this week, a federal law allows you the right to carry firearms in many national parks and wildlife refuges. Although the new law does not not change hunting regulations, nor the use of firearms in these areas, the idea of enjoying the beautiful scenery of a national park with gun in hand is a little disturbing. Granted there are arguments for both sides of the issue, but if you’re any kind of outdoor enthusiast you’re probably still reeling from the announcement.

It’s one of those situations where you can either laugh or cry. And we’re going with laugh, thanks to this video found over on The Goat. It’s a little something like Ken Burns on a right-wing induced hallucination. “Remember, gun control means always hitting your target.”
