Duuuude: Cosmic Consciousness with Dr. Deepak Chopra.
Below, the good Dr. Deepak Chopra reminds us of the infinite wonder that goes into, well, everything we do:

He's so lucky to have met you and received your wisdom (that guy has issues), j/k.
Hi, Waylon.
I cracked up over the photo and caption. Who knew the real brains behind the Deepak Chopra phenomenon! This video is a perfect example of why I have referred to Chopra as a "Modern Sage of the Upanishads" http://wp.me/plUox-mG .
The idea he expresses in this video is the essence of the Upanishads. While one could argue that there are a few other messages in the Upanishads, Chopra's message–the astonishing wonder of the universe, both the universe without and the universe within–drawfs all the others in importance.
In the RATRA (Radical Traditional) Yoga, one overcomes ego not by years of struggle to try to "peer over the wall" and trying to achieve "no-thought", but rather by literally blasting it away with mind blowing insights of universal consciousness like those in this one minute video.
