For the first time since April, oil has stopped gushing into our Gulf as BP gingerly tests a new cap. This is not final, as the oil cap may blow under the pressure, and two relief wells have yet to be drilled, and the leak has yet to be plugged. But, for now, the dolphins and birds and all will only have to deal with the kabillions of gallons of oil and even more deadly chemical dispersant that’s already in their home.
