Tantrum Yoga.

Via on Jul 30, 2010

Temper, Temper.

I practiced diligently as a child, and still do from time to time. My favorite is hands in the air about to throw myself down on the ground if I don’t get dinner soon asana.

“The primary practice of Tantrum Yoga — holding your breath until God gives
you what you want — has been found to be largely ineffective.” ~ Swami Beyondananda (check out his book, Driving Your Own Karma).

Who wants to break the news to Ramesh before he writes any more of those Tantra articles?

Bob, thanks for reminding me about this missing link in the history of Tantra Yoga. Tantrum Yoga is truly the original form of Tantra. It's been practiced since the beginning of time. It's the original form of Yoga, for sure. I will update my history time line immediately!
