Kasey’s Estes Park Yoga Journal Video Adventure.
This past week I attended the 15th Annual Yoga Journal Conference, which according to my math means that I missed the first nine. I decided to make up for it by attending every single class, lecture, concert and activity possible with a camera in hand. Yoga Journal wrote the book on yoga conferences and their delivery and presentation is flawless. To me, the most refreshing part of this conference is the overwhelming amount of real yogis that attend, proudly representing every walk of life. This conference truly is for everyone.
And oh, it’s official, I am addicted to this real time coverage of yoga and kirtan events.
