Mala Drive for Boulder Fire Relief Fund

Via on Sep 20, 2010

Yoga World Reach and Naropa University have teamed up for a local Mala drive to help raise funds for families and students affected by the Boulder Fire.

Boulder’s fire has done damage to homes, individual’s lives, and to the community as a whole.  Finding a positive way to raise money is one solution to supporting the Boulder community as it reacts and heals from this tragedy.

From Saturday, the 18th until Naropa’s deadline on the 25th, beaded Malas at various places around Boulder: the Farmer’s Market, Boulder Green Street, or from Yoga World Reach directly.
Contact Y.W.R. if you have more ideas for selling points, or if you would like to purchase a Mala:

All monies raised will be donated to the Naropa Fire Relief Fund.
Any left over malas will be sold for future Yoga World Reach Yoga Seva Programs.
