Self Love with Ear Massage: Relieve Stress, Energize the Mind

So many people I talk with are stressed. The demands of work, family, finances, education, finding time for it all and striving for balance on a daily basis can really wear you down. To help, try a five minute ear massage. Yes, I said EAR massage. In Ayurvedic medicine the energy points for the entire body are represented in the ear making it an ideal site to quickly and effectively relieve stress and energize the mind. Best of all, it’s easy to perform self-massage on the ear. Two hands, two ears, put them together and give a good rub. (You may want to watch the video for a few techniques.) Enjoy.
