Certified Anusara Yoga instructor Elena Brower is leading a workshop this Sunday, April 3 in Washington D.C.

The Art of Attention: Come recapture your attention, refocus awareness on your heart, and reveal the artful potential of your everyday experiences. For all levels, this creative selection of yoga postures, breathwork and meditations will help you clarify both a visionary home practice and a more consistent expression of your truth in all aspects of your life.
