What keeps some athletic mega-stars fit?
Marathons? Eating their Wheaties? Steroids?
It could be all of the above in some cases, but 250 pound basketball player Lebron James attributes his stamina on the court to yoga.
His “big secret” helps him stay in peak physical condition during his run in the NBA playing for The Miami Heat.
James may even be feeling the mental benefits of yoga along with the physical stating,
“Does it work for everybody? I don’t know. I’m not a guru about how to be in the best condition – don’t let me sit here and tell you that. But it works for me.”
And on his future in the NBA,
“I can’t live in the future, I’ve got to live right now.”
A yogi in training indeed.
