The last day of the Hanuman Festival ROCKED and that little monkey managed to get into everyone’s hearts, open us up and show us that we truly have everything we need right here, right now… within us. Even Waylon Lewis (who openly hates joy, love and open hearted-ness) got a little teary eyed at the end. It was an amazing four days of music, yoga and community. If you missed the festival this year – stay tuned for Hanuman Festival 2012.
Remember, even though the festival may be over, this magical monkey lives in your heart each and every day reminding us of the LOVE that we really are. We are here to love one another. We are here to serve one another. This is a precious opportunity, especially in these times. Remember Hanuman. Hanuman. Hanuman. Jai Hanuman!
Waylon Lewis: Looking a little… um, Divine! It didn’t last long. Thanks to Carl Kerridge for capturing this rare and precious moment!
Kasey Luber is the hardest working woman in the yoga biz. Like Hanuman, she travels (flies and soars) all over to film and capture the essence of festivals, providing a daily glimpse into the hearts of so many. With her contagious laugh and devoted, humble spirit – she is a servant to this community and Elephant Journal would like to express their huge gratitude to her for all she does (and for chasing Waylon around all weekend to include him in her videos!). Jai Hanuman, Kasey!
