Forward Bending is one of those postures that People often find difficult to begin with. Daily life and modern living effects our postures pretty badly and it’s important we use awareness to correct some of the bad habits that we take on. During this quick lesson ( quick because I know many of you don’t have time to hear droningly long videos ) I’d like to make you aware of using the space around you to create the ideal posture for YOU. There’s no perfect position so don’t think you’re doing anything wrong. To many times we are told this is wrong or that’s wrong. Just take time to feel your body, be aware of your body, use the space around you to stretch your body, but most of all SMILE, WIGGLE and have FUN!! ( I know I do).
