Ever have a hard time with someone you have to work with or deal with on a regular basis? You may have justifiable reasons to struggle, but in the end it hurts your health and your well being.

My favorite trick?

Imagine them as a tiny perfect baby. This helps me remember that it’s been the conditioning in their life that’s made them this way. See them as an innocent little baby, new born if you have to.

This works wonders and believe me, there are quite a few babies walking around Boulder Colorado where I live. :-)

:) I like to imagine myself as a tiny baby too…realizing that whatever I'm finding difficult about a person, I've probably found in myself…and I try to give that baby some compassion!
