Pray for Satan.

Via on Sep 8, 2011

Christian? Merciful? Pray for sinners? Pray for satan, and you’ve hit the motherlode of charity.

But who prays for Satan? Who in eighteen centuries, has had the common humanity to pray for the one sinner that needed it most, our one fellow and brother who most needed a friend yet had not a single one, the one sinner among us all who had the highest and clearest right to every Christian’s daily and nightly prayers, for the plain and unassailable reason that his was the first and greatest need, he being among sinners the supremest?

Yes of course. Don't you as someone who is able, help the weaker. Some one with sight help those that can not see. Etc..
Or are you so stuck in your world that you only help the ones in higher hierarchy then yourself so someday you can move up to their level?

Every day i pray for the weak. Everyday i help those less fortunate. This is what makes a human compassionate. This is what Christianity is really about.

Who determines who has sight and who has not? Your name implies that others are lost and you are found…does God not take care of ALL of his children in HIS own way…or do you play God on God's behalf?

I am my own god and no one else. and no one is my god but myself.
When i sit at my table to eat my dinner i know that others can not do the same.
This is why every week i send food to our local shelter.
This is why every month i send clothing to other parts of the world.
This is why i do the most that i can to help the less fortunate. even if that means i will have to suffer for a day or two with out food.
Because i know.. that they suffer everyday and i'll be able to go buy food with my next pay check.

My name implies nothing. You're just to blind to see that you believe you are enlightened above others. We call those elitists.

God bless you. Your own god. As i am only but my own god.

    • me or so I think says:

You don't do every thing you can. You still eat… you are eating food others could be eating… You have clothing on that others could have on. Try harder. I bet you even have shelter.

Believe it or not, I did as a kid. Him and the all those Angels. I worried about them. Satan's story taught me as much about compassion as Christ's. My pastor agreed but he was a liberal who preached in favor of many things, like Pro-Choice, before they were legal or "okay". He also liked to read "The Velveteen Rabbit" to everyone at Christmas. He was singular, without a doubt, and got into a lot of trouble. Miss him.
