Since 2004, I’ve been on a Yoga & Chocolate inspired journey sharing the greatest flavors from my chocolatier friend Katrina Markoff (founder of Vosges Haut-Chocolat).
She’s tried everything including bacon & chocolate, sea salt & chocolate, and curry & chocolate. But recently she stretched into a new frontier:
White chocolate ganache steeped with Kumamoto oysters and pearl dust.
While enjoying the savory, salty, briny, sea flavors of this sweet delicacy, everything stops. You forget all worries, all issues, all tension, and relax into the single most exotically delicious moment you can possibly imagine.
One thing to note: this concoction is a MEGA-APHODESIAC. We all know the power of chocolate but recent studies show oysters have chemical compounds that release sex hormones such as testosterone and estrogen.
