Catching Thoughts: Chrysalis.

I had to share an inspiring poem on transformation, called “Chrysalis” by Sandra Payne that reminds me of this well known quote by Anais Nin:

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
