Many of us practice yoga, meditation, and a multitude of paths looking to fulfill our greatest spiritual needs.
It’s easy to get wrapped up and lost in a philosophy, practice, religion, or concept of what we “think” spirituality means. From every great spiritual teaching I’ve ever studied, my “mind” has always known that the answers lie within. Still, I always found myself wrapped up in dead ideas written by dead authors from long ago, or chasing spiritual Avatars around the globe looking for the answers. I was constantly resigning my power to awaken to merely a concept experienced exclusively in my head. My life at the time definitely did not match my highest spiritual ideals.
Then one day, I found a process that allowed an embodied sense of Divinity to be experienced in my body and being. This has changed my life forever, and since that point I’ve been on a mission to help others reconnect to this secret. It doesn’t matter what form of Wicca, yoga, or meditation a person may practice, having a main line connection to the Divine through the body is an advantage for every single person’s unique path in life.
This video details how this disconnection presents in both body posture and personality traits, one novel way of reconnecting, and what the embodied experience is for an individual when this place is connected.
