Most of us can remember playing with a hula hoop as children. But most of us probably haven’t hooped since then. Hoopnotica founder Gabriella Redding is trying to change that through a new movement that brings teens and adults back to the joy of hula hopping. Working in partnership with HealthCorps, a non profit organization that fights the childhood obesity epidemic by implementing fun fitness activities at public high schools Hooping is making a comeback! Hooping not only provides an intense fitness workout, but is a great way to get people outdoors, moving their bodies, and most importantly having fun while doing so.
