Yoga is the dance of life within us.

I was totally moved and inspired after watching these videos of Tao Porchon-Lynch. Recently named “oldest yoga teacher” by the Guinness World Records, Tao also likes to tango.

Hoda Kotb interviewed Tao on the show, “Your Total Health” in 2006:
