    Thank you. For the Sakyong video. My thoughts were eh, I heard it before a year and a half ago but then said to my self hey, you've been trying to do a lot of this work just see what happens if you listen to it again…A-ha!!! Eureka and Voila!!! I really didn't get it then because I was so mired in victim hood…I am happy as a pig in sammadhi that I finally got that one now!!!
