This is the sixth of 108 tips to Livin’ the Moment. Let’s take back our lives one beautiful, funny and delicious moment at a time.

#6 of 108:  Tell a Dog Your Worries, Fears, and Secrets

You have to purge yourself of darkness.

There are lots of people who are physically fit and clean…but whose spiritual body is a toxic disaster zone caused by dark feelings and a worried mind.

No biggie? You don’t think anyone hears your darkest thoughts or negative feelings?

Any negative thought or feeling we put out there is like taking a crap on the spiritual ecosystem. Just sayin’.

The world’s leading medical intuitive and one of Oprah’s trusted advisers, Carolyn Myss, says that when we harbor negative emotions toward ourselves or others, we poison our spiritual and physical systems.

So…if you’re super secretive and cannot trust another human being, then tell everything to a dog.

Dogs remind us in such remarkably subtle ways that there’s a universal rhythm with which we much reach entrainment in order to receive answers, guidance, and abundance.

For instance, check out my 1:1:1 from this morning when this beautiful dog led me into a conversation with its owner.
