Do what you love, and love what you do—it’ll help you succeed, practically-speaking.

Got pre-game jitters? Shake it out, with a smile. In Buddhism, before a big moment—applying for a job, a first date, a loan application…we reconnect with heaven, earth and human.

That’s kinda what Australia’s Michelle Jennekes is doing, here: transforming fear and tightness into energy and focus.

I used to act like this when I attended yoga classes in the studios. Invariably, the yogini control freak who was teaching the class would try to get me to "behave" or would make a disparaging/shaming comment about being TOO eager – which means, of course, that she felt upstaged by me – just being myself? No one else was complaining, just her.

Here's to exuberance in all your affairs – especially in the yoga studio. If your teacher can't handle it, and you, get her – or his – stupid ass fired. Your fellow students will cheer.
