There is a stillness that pervades all time,
a wilderness where the heart runs free.
The constraints are within the mind.
Let it be silent
embrace the moment caught in this awareness.
Tom Olson has lived on Vancouver Island all of his life but travelled extensively around other parts of the world. His yogic journey started in 2001 and has deepened year by year since. It is through yoga that he has found and appreciated all that the world can offer and it has been his ability to cut out the noise of the day to day, the busy–ness of of life in finding his way there. Through yoga he has found stillness, through stillness bliss. It is in these moments that his writing comes through.
