Austin Texas has the Hippest Yoga Caught on Camera.
Welcome to September. School has started back up and everyone is back in town. Austin, Texas is most definitely the coolest city on planet Earth. Okay, maybe there are other cool cities, but Austin is by far the coolest.
Speaking of cool, Black Swan Yoga was voted the number one yoga studio in Austin and they just launched their classes online.
Monday was Labor Day, and as we all know, was also “Free Day of Yoga.” Since Black Swan Yoga is already a donation studio everyday, they made their classes online free for the whole day for people to try out. There was such an incredible turn out that now people are able to not only do yoga anytime, anywhere, any level, but they are spreading the word and sharing these classes with more people.
I’ve heard so many stories of people buying “channels” for their parents, sisters or husbands, and everyone is having such a positive experience. There are lots of benefits to being able to practice yoga at home, while the kids or dogs are there, or even practicing with partners that can’t or don’t want to go to a class.
There have been so many wonderful stories of yoga bringing people and family closer together, just by being able to do yoga from their computers, phones, iPads or whatever they have their internet hooked up.
