One of those things that stops us dead in our tracks. It paralyzes us. We can’t move forward, we are stuck!
Do you want to move out of fear?
Do you want to step into the truth of your being?
Into the flow of life and love that wants to hold you?
Do you want to embrace your authentic abundant self?
Moving out of fear is not as difficult as we think it is. The hardest part about moving out of fear is noticing it. Once we notice it, we can make change.
The best way to notice our fear is to slow down. We pause. We move more slowly. We take more time to nurture our inner self. As we are starting to “be” more, we step into greater self-awareness. With greater self-awareness, we can notice our fear.
With greater self awareness, we can help our fear. We can talk to our fear lovingly and firmly. We can say:
“Oh fear. I see you are here again. I see you are hurting. It will be okay. Now you may go.”
When we are harsh with our fear, we stay in the downward spiral. We release it with love.
Little by little, oh so gradually, our fear dissipates. With gentle loving words, our fear disappears! At this point, we step into our brilliant authentic abundant self! The life of our dreams can manifest. Our creativity is abundant. We create deep authentic partnerships. Life is so good!
Today, try pausing, try noticing, try loving yourself with kind words. Reassure your fear that all is well, all is perfect. Sit with her and love her. And gradually, see your world transform!
