The mental and emotional health of service members and veterans is of paramount concern as up to 20 percent of veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan wars are suffering from PTSD.

Join our panel of guests who specialize in bringing the mind-body practices of yoga, meditation and mindfulness to service members, veterans, first responders and their families.
