Om Mani Padme Hum is the universal mantra of love and compassion. Each of the syllables are beautifully hand-carved on this bracelet. The can be adjusted by pulling the cord. The bracelet is made from Yak Bone.

The yak is a long-haired animal found throughout the Himalayan region of south Central Asia, the Tibetan Plateau and as far north as Mongolia and Russia. All the yak bones used in our jewelry are the leftover from the domestic population that died from natural causes! This Bracelet is carefully hand made by superior crafts people, exiled Tibetans refugees living in India, Nepal, Bhutan, Mongolia and elsewhere.Purchases directly assists in the day to day lives of these refugees and aids in preserving and expanding the unique, rich Tibetan heritage and culture. This is a Fair Trade item. Color of the bracelet will vary slightly lighter or darker.

I love the bracelet, but do not do facebook etc,. I teach Therapeutic and Fun Yoga at age 82 in April to people with serious health challenges, surgeries etc,.
