Truly FANTASTIC!!! A combination of: Concentration, Balance, Control, and Determination with Mind vs. Body. View the torque of his body, his strong arms and shoulders, to his breathing techniques, all of which my yoga instructor emphasizes to control. The Japanese consider him: "Balance God" (so it's written in Japanese), fortunately I can read and write Japanese. WOW!!! A true "winner" he is!!
