A photo speaks to your eyes. A video speaks to your mind.

After a busy, stressful (the opposite of what a yoga conference should be) day at Tadasana Festival, Waylon, Robert, Liz and I traveled above and beyond the noisy, crowded city of LA, along the glistening coast, winding up canyon roads, to a dream world, high above the clouds onto a cell-phone-service-free mountain top to live in the moment, breathe in the fresh air and experience a behind the scenes look at a photo shoot in action.

This being my first photo shoot, I truly didn’t know how much time and how many photos go into the final product. Robert snapped away for hours while Liz strutted her yoga poses and tai chi moves. I felt the passion and got to understand the process—and get to share that with you. ~ Lindsey Block

A combination of patience, passion, hard work, a little sweat, some silliness and a whole lot of love.

  1. Its not possible to take a bad picture of this beauty. Liz Arch has it all. Can we see the final photos that Robert created?
