Martin Luther King Jr.’s Response to Erik Rush.

Via on Apr 17, 2013

We grow older and, sadly, our hearts often defensively harden in response to the pain and suffering that the world can bring.

This is not strength.

True bravery is finding the courage to love in the face of evil.

In the words of the ultimate soldier of love, Martin Luther King Jr:

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness;

only light can do that.

Hate cannot drive out hate;

only love can do that.”
