Walk the Talk Show with Waylon Lewis: Frances Moore Lappé.
“Every aspect of our lives is, in a sense, a vote for the kind of world we want to live in.” ~ Frances Moore Lappé
This lady is all about power, possibility, joy & honesty. We’re in love.
Waylon interviewed Frances Moore Lappé via skype as part of our Walk the Talk Show: One Take: In the Moment series. Frances is a social activist, thought leader & best-selling author…& a sweet, fun hero of elephant’s. Why do we love her so? She addresses depressing reality head-on…but turns it around & looks for possibility—& finds it. Waylon (in his Boulder home, “Hotelephant”) and Frances (in her office in Cambridge, with a voice made weak by a long conference call with the UN) talked about her new book, EcoMind, & how to galvanize positive, fun change in the midst of real crisis.
