Get there, get grounded and get dirty.

My earthen journey to Panya Project was years in the making—after several false starts, I finally arrived at their rad permaculture design and education center near Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand.

I was awe-struck by the integrity of Panya’s sustainable design and super cool community members. Iwas immediately immersed in my ultimate sustainability fantasy.

Panya is legit: a hard-core environmentalist’s wet dream.

They are perfecting permaculture in it’s multitudinous facets and various forms: food forestry, kitchen gardening, natural building, intentional community and nonviolent communication converge at Panya to create an eco-paradise.

Panya is giving back to the earth and building a global permaculture community.

Please listen to Panya founder Christian Shearer’s inspiring vision of how to live sustainably with the earth; his message of green self-reliance teaches us to find our purpose, get inspired and do it ourselves.
