I skipped practice today because…

Page 1.             My studio got the moon day wrong. It’s actually today.

Page 2.             My tattoo’s still healing.

Page 3.             Today is my 1 percent theory day so…

Page 4.             I’m doing a juice cleanse and I have no energy. I’d probably pass out!

Page 5.             I set my alarm for p.m. instead of a.m. by mistake, it’s too late now.

Page 6.             I don’t like the assistant today, they can’t even get me into Supta Kurmasana (Tortoise Pose).

Page 7.             All of my Mysore rugs are in the wash.

Page 8.             I ate too many chapatis last night.

Page 9.             I’m out of coffee: No coffee, no prana.

Page 10.           I’m not sure if Ashtanga is the one for me. I’ll take a day off to see if I miss it.

Page 11.           It’s raining.

Page 12.           Lady’s Holiday (even if you’re a guy).

Page 13.           I have to teach an early yoga class today.

Page 14.           I’ll do it on my own later today (yeah right).

Page 15.           I’m jet lagged.

Page 16.           I have a big workshop coming up and I don’t want to get hurt.

Page 17.           I’m going to a hot power hour lunch time Vinyasa flow class today instead.

Page 18.           Mental health day.

Page 19.           My cats needed me to stay in bed with them this morning.

Page 20.           I don’t have time.

Page 21.           I think my teacher hates me!
