Nice sign, and nice that they can see the difference between our NSA Big Brother government and our people.

That said, we clearly haven’t exerted any undue (or proper) influence over Egypt. If we had, they wouldn’t have been ruled by the Muslim Brotherhood!

 

Via Reddit, a comment: “To be honest this isnt very fair to the US government. The US government is guilty of a lot of things, but the mess in Egypt is Egyptian. The US didnt do anything to stop the overthrow of Murubak nor did it elect Morsi.It is their exploding population, along with a lack of economic growth that is causing the problems in Egypt, along with religious extremism. The US is only guilty of giving billions of aid a year to Egypt.”
