Esther Ekhart is one of those teachers that has always seemed to keep it real.
I am a big fan of her teaching style because she presents herself in such a down-to-earth manner and creates classes that are accessible to all through an online format.
Maybe there is a misconception that yoga teachers are further along on the path to wherever it is we are trying to get to. Maybe there is a misconception that yoga teachers are pretentious in thinking they are further along on the path of discovery.
Either way, we’ve got to back up and remember that we are all human, we all make mistakes. We burp, swear and mess up, no matter who we are.
Let’s be silly, loosen up and simply laugh.
